What payment methods do you accept?
We
accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit, and
Paypal. Please email us at
sales@ogtees.com if you would like to send a check or money
order.
How long will my
order take to arrive?
We ship by
U.S. First Class Mail within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Normally you will receive your order within 7 days, but please allow
up to 2 weeks for receipt of your order.
We charge
$2.50 to ship the first shirt, and $1.00 for each additional
shirt—and if you buy 5 or more shirts, you qualify for
free shipping!
If you would like us to ship priority or express please email us for
that information.
Do
you ship orders outside of the United States?
YES! Please email us for shipping cost information on all
international orders.
What size should I buy?
All of our shirts are printed on American Apparel (AA) which runs
small. Please check out our sizing page for more information.
Can I exchange my shirt for another size?
Yes, unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of
delivery. Please include your receipt when shipping back to us.
Buyers pay all return shipping costs. Please email us at
sales@ogtees.com before returning.
Do
you take orders over the phone?
No, we do not take orders over the phone.
What type of shirts do you use?
We
use American Apparel. All of our shirts are 100% cotton except for
our track shirts which are 50% Polyester/25% Cotton/25% Rayon.
Do
you sell shirts wholesale?
Yes, Retailers may contact us for a pricelist. Please include your
contact info, what company you own / represent, and a valid employer
ID number for the aforementioned store.
